Questions about your payments
ProLevelUp does not collect payments. Contact the company you signed with. Their name and contact details are in the customer portal and in your agreement.

Making a complaint
If something went wrong with an application, an offer you were shown or the way financing was presented to you, use the complaint form. It comes straight to us.

Privacy requests
To see, correct or delete the information Galaxian Inc. holds about you, or to opt out of sharing, use the privacy request form rather than email.
State availability
Not in your state yet?
ProLevelUp is not available everywhere. Leave your email, your state and your type of business, and we will write to you once providers are live near you. We use your address for that one message and nothing else.
No phone number, no postal address
ProLevelUp has no public phone number and no public postal address. Every enquiry is answered by email, so both sides keep a written record of what was asked and what we said. Write to info@prolevelup.app and you will hear back within [REPLY_DAYS] business days.
