For customers
Your rights and how to use them
You have rights when you apply for credit. They are easier to use when you know what they are. Here they are in plain words, with where to go if a right was not honored.
Six rights
What you are entitled to
-
Fair treatment
Federal law prohibits credit discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, or receiving public assistance. ProLevelUp's routing never uses these characteristics.
-
A reason if you're declined
Each company that declines your application will send you a notice with the reasons. You do not have to ask for it.
-
Clear costs
You see the total cost before you accept any offer. The total is the biggest number on the screen, not the monthly payment.
-
Your data
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or, where the law allows, delete it.
-
Texts and calls
We text you only about your application, or with your separate consent. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
-
Complaints
You can complain directly to ProLevelUp, and you can also take it to a regulator. Nothing stops you doing both.
How to complain
Start with us. You can make a complaint to ProLevelUp about how your options were shown, how your data was handled, or how a business treated you. We read every complaint.
You can also go straight to a regulator, or do both. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau takes complaints about financing at consumerfinance.gov.
Your state regulator can help too: [STATE_REGULATOR_LINKS].
If your complaint is about your agreement, your payments or the item itself, the company you signed with handles it. Their details are in your agreement and in the customer portal.
Use a right, or ask us a question
Tell us what happened and we will look into it. You can also change what we do with your data at any time.
ProLevelUp is a product of Galaxian Inc. ProLevelUp is a technology platform that connects merchants and their customers with independent financing providers. ProLevelUp is not a lender, does not make credit decisions, and does not collect payments. Financing, lease-to-own and other payment options are offered by third-party providers, which set their own terms, rates and fees. Not all applicants will qualify. Availability varies by state; see Licensing and state availability.
