What ProLevelUp is (and isn't)
ProLevelUp is a service that shows you payment options from independent financing companies. It is a product of Galaxian Inc.
ProLevelUp is not a lender. We do not decide who is approved, we do not set prices, and we do not collect payments.
The company you choose is the one you sign with and pay.

Why did a store send me a ProLevelUp link?
The business uses ProLevelUp to offer payment options. The link is only for you. If you were not expecting it, do not open it. Email info@prolevelup.app and we will look into it.
Does ProLevelUp charge me anything?
No, never. The company you choose sets its own rates and fees, and you see them before you accept.
Will this hurt my credit score?
Checking your options with "soft check" companies will not. "Full check" companies may, and we contact them only if you choose them, after telling you. There is more on the page about your credit.
Who do I pay?
The company whose offer you accept. Its name and contact details are in your agreement and in the customer portal.
I was declined. What now?
Each company that declined will send you a notice explaining why. You can ask the business about other options, such as paying a deposit or financing a smaller amount.
Can the store fill in the application for me?
No. You always enter your own information. This protects you.
ProLevelUp is a product of Galaxian Inc. ProLevelUp is a technology platform that connects merchants and their customers with independent financing providers. ProLevelUp is not a lender, does not make credit decisions, and does not collect payments. Financing, lease-to-own and other payment options are offered by third-party providers, which set their own terms, rates and fees. Not all applicants will qualify. Availability varies by state; see Licensing and state availability.
Providers marked "soft check" do not affect your credit score when you check your options. Providers marked "full check" may affect your credit score; ProLevelUp contacts them only if you choose them, after telling you. Accepting an offer may involve a full credit check by that provider.
ProLevelUp never charges customers a fee. Providers set their own rates and fees, which are shown before you accept.
