One application, every option, cheapest first
How it works
What happens on your side of the counter, what happens on your customer's phone, and why the order of the offers never changes.
Between your business and the providers
ProLevelUp sits between your business and a group of independent financing providers. Your customer applies once. We show them every option they qualify for, sorted by total cost. They choose. The provider pays you.
Section A
For your business
Five steps, from the day you sign up to the day the money lands in your account.
-
Join once
Apply online with one form. We verify your business and enroll you with each financing provider available in your state.
-
Start an application your way
Tablet at the counter, text link, online checkout or your software.
-
Watch status, not credit files
You see when an application is started, approved, accepted and funded. You never see your customer's credit details.
-
Get paid by the provider
Funding comes straight from the provider under its merchant terms.
-
See your results
Your dashboard shows approvals, funded jobs and recovered revenue.
Section B
For your customer
Six steps on your customer's own phone or on the tablet at your counter. They type their own details, and they decide.
-
Read and agree
A short, plain-language screen explains which kinds of providers will see the application and that costs can vary a lot between them.
-
Enter details once
The customer types their own information. Sensitive details go straight into a secure vault.
-
See the provider list first
Each provider is shown by name and marked "soft check" or "full check". The customer can remove providers.
-
Get offers
Soft-check providers are checked together. Approved offers appear side by side, total cost first, cheapest first.
-
Choose, save or decline
Accept an offer, save it to decide later, or decline. A full-check provider is contacted only if the customer picks it.
-
Sign with the provider
The customer signs directly with the chosen provider. ProLevelUp keeps a record of their agreements in the customer portal.
On your customer's phone
What the customer sees
Approved offers appear side by side, sorted by total cost, with the cheapest first. The total cost is the biggest number on every offer, so your customer can compare them before choosing.
- Every approved option, side by side
- Sorted by total cost, cheapest first
- Each provider marked soft check or full check

Why the order of options can't be changed
Options are always sorted by the total cost to the customer. Merchants can turn a type of provider off, but they cannot move a costlier option above a cheaper one.
Providers cannot pay for placement. Our routing never treats applicants differently by personal characteristics.
The order of the offers is not for sale
Cheapest first, no paid placement, no lender ownership, and routing that never uses an applicant's personal characteristics. It is all in writing.
When an option costs more
Extra care for lease-to-own
Before a lease-to-own offer is shown, the customer sees a full-screen summary: the cash price, the total they would pay, the difference in dollars, and their alternatives.
They must choose to continue. Nothing is pre-selected, and the summary cannot be skipped.
- The cash price
- The total you would pay
- The difference in dollars

About lease-to-own
Lease-to-own is a lease, not a loan. You will not own the item until you make all payments or use an early purchase option. The total cost of a lease-to-own agreement is usually much higher than the cash price. Review the total cost before you sign.
A respectful "not this time"
If no provider approves, the customer sees a clear screen explaining that each provider will send its own notice.
The same screen shows any alternatives your business offers, such as a deposit, phased work or a lower-cost option. Nobody is left guessing what happens next.
Questions
Common questions
Is ProLevelUp a lender?
No. ProLevelUp is a technology platform. Independent providers review applications, set terms and fund purchases.
Does checking options affect the customer's credit score?
Providers marked "soft check" do not affect it. Providers marked "full check" may, and they are contacted only if the customer chooses them, after a warning.
How long does it take?
Most applications show options in [TIME_TO_OFFERS].
Who pays the merchant?
The financing provider pays the merchant directly. ProLevelUp never holds funds.
Does the customer pay ProLevelUp?
Never. Providers set their own rates and fees, which are shown before the customer accepts.
