How integration works
Four stages, and you know what each one needs

NDA and integration brief
We sign an NDA, then send our integration brief and a pre-filled security questionnaire so your team can review the whole scope at once.

Commercial terms and enrollment model
We agree commercial terms and the merchant enrollment model: master agreement, API creation or referral.

Sandbox and certification
You integrate in our sandbox and run our certification test suite, so nothing reaches a real applicant until it passes.

Pilot, then general availability
We run a pilot with selected merchants, review the results with you, then open you to the whole network.

Every offer leads with the total cost, and a lease-to-own offer cannot be accepted until the customer has read a full-screen warning. Consent records are versioned, so the exact text a customer saw can be produced later. Complaints come to ProLevelUp first, and you see your approval and funding results by vertical and ticket size against anonymized benchmarks.
