Consumer disclosures
What ProLevelUp does and does not do when you apply for financing at a business, written in plain words.
Last updated: 14 October 2026
ProLevelUp is a product of Galaxian Inc. These disclosures apply to the ProLevelUp website at prolevelup.app and the ProLevelUp services. In these disclosures, "ProLevelUp", "we", "us" and "our" mean Galaxian Inc.
This page is a draft prepared for review by the company's attorneys. It is not final, it is not legal advice, and it may change before launch.
This page explains, in plain words, what happens when you apply for financing at a business that uses ProLevelUp. It also explains what we do not do. Please read it before you apply.
ProLevelUp is a product of Galaxian Inc.
The business you are shopping with uses software called ProLevelUp. Galaxian Inc. makes that software. When this page says "we", it means Galaxian Inc.
Three different companies are involved when you apply, and each one is responsible for its own part:
- The business you are buying from. It sells you the repair, the treatment or the item.
- The financing company. It decides on your application, lends you the money or leases you the item, and collects your payments.
- Galaxian Inc. It provides the software that sends your application out and shows you the offers.
ProLevelUp is not a lender
We do not lend money. Here is what that means for you:
- We do not decide whether you get financing. Each financing company decides on its own.
- We do not set the rate, the fees, the payment or the length of any offer. The financing company sets those.
- We do not pay the business for your purchase. The company you choose pays it.
- We do not take your payments. You pay the company you signed with.
- Your agreement is with that company, not with us. If you have a question about your account later, that company is the one to call.
Not everyone will qualify. We cannot promise you an approval, and nobody at the business can promise you one either. If someone tells you that you are approved before a financing company has approved you, that is not right, and we want to hear about it.
How your application is sent, and how the offers are ordered
You fill in one application. We send it to the financing companies that work with that business, that cover the kind of purchase you are making and whose own published rules fit your request.
Offers are always sorted by total cost, cheapest first. The total you would pay is the biggest number on the screen, bigger than any monthly payment. That way you can see what each option really costs before you pick one.
No financing company can pay us to sit higher in the list. The business cannot move a costlier offer above a cheaper one, and neither can anyone who works at ProLevelUp. A business can switch a whole type of financing off, but it can never change the order.
Which companies see your application depends on the business's setup, what you are buying and each company's own rules. It never depends on your race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age or whether you receive public assistance. Federal law bars credit discrimination on those grounds, and our routing does not use them.
Credit checks
Before your application goes anywhere, you see the list of companies. Each one is marked "soft check" or "full check" so you know what you are agreeing to.
- Soft check. A soft check does not affect your credit score. Companies that use a soft check are checked together, at the same time, so one application covers all of them.
- Full check. A full check may affect your credit score. We contact a full-check company only if you choose it. We tell you first and ask you to confirm.
You can take any company off the list before you apply. Accepting an offer may involve a full credit check by that company. There is more about this on your credit and ProLevelUp.
Lease-to-own
Some offers are lease-to-own (a lease, not a loan). Read this before you choose one:
Lease-to-own is a lease, not a loan. You will not own the item until you make all payments or use an early purchase option. The total cost of a lease-to-own agreement is usually much higher than the cash price. Review the total cost before you sign.
Because lease-to-own usually costs much more, we put an extra screen in front of it. Before you can choose a lease-to-own offer you see the cash price, the total you would pay, the difference between the two, and your other choices. You have to read that screen and continue before the offer can go ahead.
Nothing on that screen pushes you forward. You can go back and pick a different option, save your options and decide later, or walk away. Our full explanation is on lease-to-own, explained plainly.
ProLevelUp never charges you a fee
ProLevelUp never charges customers a fee. Not to apply, not to see your options, not to accept an offer, and not to use the customer portal. Providers set their own rates and fees, which are shown before you accept.
Nobody at ProLevelUp earns more when you pick one financing company instead of another, and we do not pay the business or its staff based on which financing you take.
If a company turns you down
If a financing company declines your application, that company must tell you why. The law calls that an adverse action notice. It usually arrives by mail or email within about a month.
Those notices come from the financing companies, not from ProLevelUp. We do not write them, we cannot change them and we cannot tell you why a company said no. If more than one company declines you, each one has to send you its own notice with its own reasons.
If you do not understand a notice, contact the company that sent it. If you were declined and no notice ever arrives, tell us and we will follow it up with that company.
How to complain
If something went wrong, we want to know. That includes any of these:
- A staff member filled in your application instead of letting you do it.
- Someone told you that you were approved before a financing company had approved you.
- Someone quoted you a monthly payment without telling you the total.
- Someone called a lease-to-own agreement a loan.
Use our complaint form at /complaints, or email info@prolevelup.app. You can complain about the business, about a financing company or about ProLevelUp itself. We handle complaints ourselves rather than sending you back to the business.
You can also go straight to a regulator, at any time, whether or not you tell us first. Contact the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at consumerfinance.gov, or your state regulator: [STATE_REGULATOR_LINKS]. When you name us in a complaint, the company name is Galaxian Inc. (ProLevelUp).
Where ProLevelUp is available
ProLevelUp is used in the United States only. Which financing companies you see depends on your state, the kind of business you are buying from and the amount you are spending, so two people in different states can see different lists. Some states may have no options at all yet. ProLevelUp is built for purchases from $500 up.
Our licences, registrations and current states are listed on licensing and state availability. Launch states: [LAUNCH_STATES].
