Merchant terms
A plain-language summary of the Merchant Services Agreement between your business and Galaxian Inc., the company behind ProLevelUp.
Last updated: 14 October 2026
ProLevelUp is a product of Galaxian Inc. These terms apply to the ProLevelUp website at prolevelup.app and the ProLevelUp services. In these terms, "ProLevelUp", "we", "us" and "our" mean Galaxian Inc.
This page is a draft prepared for review by the company's attorneys. It is not final, it is not legal advice, and it may change before launch.
This page is a plain-language summary, written so a shop owner can see what joining ProLevelUp involves without reading a contract first. It is not the contract. The full Merchant Services Agreement, together with the order form your business signs, governs your relationship with Galaxian Inc. If anything on this page differs from the full agreement, the full agreement applies. You can read it at [MERCHANT_AGREEMENT_URL].
Who the agreement is between
The Merchant Services Agreement is between your business and Galaxian Inc. It is not an agreement with any financing provider.
When one of your customers accepts an offer, that financing is a separate agreement between your customer and that provider, and your business enrolls with that provider under that provider's own merchant terms. Those terms are not part of your agreement with us, and we cannot change them for you.
The person who signs for your business confirms they are authorised to sign for it.
What ProLevelUp does for your business
ProLevelUp is software. It takes one application from your customer and routes it to the independent financing providers your business is enrolled with. It returns the approved offers side by side, sorted by cost to the customer with the total amount payable shown first.
You get the tools to run that at your counter on a tablet, as a text-to-apply link sent with an estimate, as a button at your online checkout, or inside the shop, field service or practice software you already use. You also get a dashboard showing your applications, approvals and funded jobs, and staff training.
What ProLevelUp does not do
ProLevelUp is not a lender. We make no credit decisions. We do not underwrite, and we do not approve or decline your customer's application. Each financing provider decides on its own application, under its own rules, and any provider can decline.
We never hold your money. The provider your customer chooses funds your business directly, on that provider's own schedule and under that provider's own merchant terms. We do not collect your customers' payments, we do not service their agreements, and we are not a party to them.
We do not set the rates, fees, payment amounts or terms of any offer. Providers set those, and the customer sees them before accepting. We do not promise you an approval rate, a funding time or a volume of applications.
Enrollment and business verification
Before your business goes live we verify it. We ask for your legal business name, your DBA, your EIN, your business type, the year you were established, your industry, your locations, the channels you intend to use and details of the owners and your primary contact, and we check whether ProLevelUp is available in your state. Our target is to review a complete application within 24 hours. Times are targets, not promises.
Each provider also enrolls merchants under its own rules and on its own timetable, and each provider may decline to enroll your business or may later end its enrollment. You go live with each provider as that provider is ready, so you are not waiting for the slowest one.
You must keep your business details accurate and tell us promptly if your ownership, legal name, locations or states of operation change.
Conduct rules your staff must follow
These rules protect your customers, and they protect your business. They are a condition of using ProLevelUp, not a suggestion.
- Customers always enter their own information. Your staff may start an application and help a customer through it, but staff must never complete an application for a customer.
- Never say a customer is approved before a provider has approved them. Only the provider can say that, and only after it has decided.
- Never quote a monthly payment without the total. If a monthly figure is said out loud or written down, the total amount payable goes with it.
- Never call a lease-to-own agreement a loan. Lease-to-own is a lease, not a loan, and your staff must describe it that way.
- Staff complete the training before they go live. Anyone who uses ProLevelUp with a customer finishes the ProLevelUp training first, including the list of things never to say.
Your business is responsible for what its staff do in the system. Breaking these rules can lead to retraining, restrictions on your account, suspension or removal from the platform.
What your business may configure
You can switch whole categories of provider off. If you do not want lease-to-own offered in your business, you can turn that category off and your customers will not see it. You control which channels you use and which locations and staff accounts are active.
You cannot change the order of the offers. The order is always set by cost to the customer, cheapest first. No merchant, no provider and no ProLevelUp employee can move a costlier offer above a cheaper one, and no provider can pay for a better position. We also do not pay you or your staff based on which financing a customer takes. Our commitments on this are published in our neutrality pledge.
Monitoring, and what happens to outliers
We monitor how ProLevelUp is used in your business. We compare your lease-to-own share, your cancellations and your complaints with businesses like yours, and we review complaints customers send us directly.
Where a business stands out from its peers, we ask about it first. Depending on what we find, the next steps are retraining, turning a provider category off, restricting or suspending accounts, and in the end removing the business from the platform. Where conduct is serious, or where the law requires it, we can remove a business immediately. Removal does not affect financing agreements your customers have already signed.
We also handle customer complaints ourselves, through our own complaint form, and we will ask you for your side of what happened.
Your business data is yours
Your business data belongs to your business. That includes your merchant record, your application and approval volumes, your funded amounts and your dashboard reporting.
We use it to run the service for you, to support you, to meet our legal obligations and to monitor conduct as described above. We do not sell it. Where we report on the platform as a whole, we use aggregated figures that do not identify your business.
You can export your dashboard reporting while your account is open, and ask for an export when you leave. How we handle personal information, including your owners' and contacts' details, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Fees and pricing
Pricing depends on your business. The fees that apply to your account are set out in the order form your business signs, which forms part of your agreement with Galaxian Inc. We do not publish pricing on this website. Book a demo and we will walk you through it.
ProLevelUp never charges your customers a fee. Providers set their own rates and fees, which the customer sees before accepting.
Cancellation and offboarding
Your business can cancel. The notice period and any commitment are in your order form. We can also end the agreement, with notice, or immediately where the conduct rules above are seriously broken.
When the agreement ends we turn off your apply links, your checkout button and your staff accounts. You stop using the ProLevelUp name, logo and in-store materials and take them down. Applications already in flight are either finished or closed, and we will tell you which. Financing agreements your customers have already signed stay with their provider and are not affected.
You can ask for an export of your business data before your access ends. After that we keep only the records we are required to keep, for as long as the law requires.
Term and changes
Your term, renewal and notice period are in your order form. We may change these terms and the full agreement; where a change is material we give notice as the agreement requires, and continuing to use ProLevelUp after that notice means you accept the change. The version at [MERCHANT_AGREEMENT_URL] is always the current one, and the date at the top of this page shows when this summary last changed.
