Questions

For merchants

For business owners deciding whether to offer financing through ProLevelUp.

Which financing providers do you work with?

Book a demo and we'll show you the providers available for your state, industry and purchase sizes.

Do I need a minimum volume?

No minimum volume. ProLevelUp is designed for purchases of $500 and above.

Can I choose which providers my customers see?

You can turn whole categories on or off, such as lease-to-own. You cannot reorder them, because options are always sorted by cost to the customer.

Can my staff fill in the application for the customer?

No. Customers enter their own information. This protects them and protects you.

Do you charge my customers?

Never. ProLevelUp does not charge customers a fee. Providers set their own rates and fees, which are shown before the customer accepts.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on your business. Book a demo and we'll walk you through it.

Questions

For customers

For shoppers and patients who were sent a ProLevelUp link or saw ProLevelUp at a counter.

Why did a store send me a ProLevelUp link?

The business uses ProLevelUp to offer payment options. The link is unique to you. If you were not expecting it, do not open it. Email info@prolevelup.app and we will check.

Does ProLevelUp charge me anything?

No, never. ProLevelUp does not charge customers a fee. Providers set their own rates and fees, and you see them before you accept.

Will this hurt my credit score?

Checking options with companies marked "soft check" will not. Companies marked "full check" may, and we only contact them if you choose them, after telling you. There is more on the Your credit page.

Who do I pay?

The company whose offer you accept. Their name and contact details are in your agreement and in the customer portal. You never pay ProLevelUp.

I was declined. What now?

Each company that declined will send you a notice explaining why. You can ask the business about other options, such as a deposit, a smaller amount or a different date.

Can the store fill in the application for me?

No. You always enter your own information. This protects you.
