ProLevelUp is a product of Galaxian Inc. These are the seven commitments we hold ourselves to on how financing options are sorted and shown. They are written down so you can hold us to them too.

The pledge

Seven commitments

  1. Cheapest first, always

Offers are sorted by total cost to the customer. No merchant, provider or ProLevelUp employee can move a costlier option above a cheaper one.

  2. No paid placement

Providers cannot pay for a better position.

  3. No lender ownership

ProLevelUp and its parent company, Galaxian Inc., are not owned by, and do not own, any financing provider. If that ever changes, we will say so here first.

  4. No commissions on customers' credit

We don't pay merchants or staff based on which financing a customer takes.

  5. Applicant-blind routing

Which providers see an application depends on the merchant's setup, the product and the providers' published eligibility rules, never on the applicant's personal characteristics or credit profile.

  6. Customer choice

Customers see the provider list before applying and choose their offer. Full credit checks happen only by their choice.

  7. We check ourselves

We keep a record of every application's routing, and we will commission an independent review: [REVIEW_TIMING].

What a customer sees

The order is the product

Offers are sorted by the total cost to the customer, cheapest first. No merchant, provider or ProLevelUp employee can move a costlier option above a cheaper one, and providers cannot pay for a better position.

Sample screen for illustration only. Actual offers, terms and costs are set by each provider and depend on your application.

Why it matters

When the company that sorts the options also profits from one of them, customers can't be sure the order is fair. We built ProLevelUp so they can be.

See the pledge in practice

These commitments shape what a customer sees on screen and what happens to their application.
